Our beautifully landscaped lot, with a large curved outdoor island, a 10 x 12 pergola, stone dining tables/countertops, wrought iron patio furniture, sofas and recliners in the pergola, and 5 large umbrellas is ready for your Class A or 5th wheel!

Lot 100 also features a washer/dryer, fire pit, outdoor flat screen TV, cooktop stove, BBQ grille, dishwasher, refrigerator, and much more!  Of special note is the extensive but subtle mood lighting, perfect for entertaining guests or just enjoying the solitude on warm evenings!

During your stay, you will be able to view a gorgeous lake, as well as the 3rd green of the Rancho executive golf course (there is a minimal fee for golf). You are just a short walk (or golf cart ride) from pools, hot tubs, golf, community events, stores, a restaurant, and a host of fun activities!

Short-Term Rates for Lot 100:

Nightly fee: $150 per night, with a 3-night minimum.  All utilities (electric, propane, internet) included.  A $90 Rancho RV Resort fee, a $50 cleaning fee, and a $2 per day pet fee apply to every rental.

Long-Term Rates for Lot 100:

Monthly rates: $1500, all utilities included, except renter pays for actual electric usage, billed separately.  A $150 Rancho RV Resort fee, a $50 cleaning fee, and a $2 per day pet fee apply to every rental.

A $1000 deposit is required for all rentals, due at booking, but is fully refundable within 3 days of your departure, if the lot is in the same condition as when checked in.  Deposit is non-refundable if a reservation is cancelled within 7 days of start date!
