Lot 98 – Quiet, Very Private Corner Lot

Lot 98 is a spacious, private, vacant corner lot, with plenty of mature hedges and trees surrounding the lot for maximum privacy!  It also has a beautiful view of the golf course and a lake.  In addition to the BBQ grill and a patio heater, Lot 98 offers a large pergola with outdoor furniture and a very large propane fire pit with four comfortable chairs to relax in as you watch the stars at night.

Short-Term Rates for Lot 98:

Nightly fee: $120 with a 3-night minimum. All utilities (electric, propane, internet) included.  A $90 Rancho RV Resort fee, a $50 cleaning/laundry fee, and a $2 per day pet fee apply to every rental.

Long-Term Rates for Lot 98:

Monthly fee: $1350 per 30-day stay, with a 3-day minimum, all utilities included, except renter pays for actual electric usage, billed separately.  A $150 Rancho RV Resort fee, a $50 cleaning/laundry fee, and a $2 day pet fee apply to every rental.

A $1000 deposit is required for all rentals, due at booking, but is fully refundable within 3 days of your departure, if the lot is in the same condition (undamaged, etc.) as when checked in.  Deposit is non-refundable if a reservation is cancelled within 7 days of start date!
