The fees are$30 for 2 nights or less

$90 for 3 to 29 nights

$150 for 30 to 180 nights

$300 for over 180 nights

This fee is in addition to the normal rental rates for the site. If you move to a different site, the Resort Usage Fee once again applies.

Daily Fee: $125

Monthly Fee: $ 1200

Dog Fees:

$2 per day, per dog for up to 90 days

$1 per day, per dog after 90 days

Security Deposit: All monthly rentals require a security deposit of $300 to $500 depending on the site. We will refund the deposit no later than 3 days after your departure as long as the site is in the same condition as your arrival. On exception basis we have been known to refund the day you leave.

Electricity: Included in nightly rates. The monthly rate does not include electricity. It is billed separately based on the actual amount used.
