Waterside at Blue Ridge Resort and Tiny Home Community . Available April 11th for Long Term Rental. Only minutes from downtown Blue Ridge located in the heart of the North Georgia mountains. The resort has many amenities such as a heated saltwater pool, two lakes, playground, clubhouse with a store, laundry facilities and bath house. The resort has fire rings next to the lakes as well as at the campsite. Frisbie Goff is also available. There are daily events for the resort community. There is a trout stream, outdoor brick oven pizza cooker and grills. There is also a kitchen in the clubhouse.
Your RV must be a 2012 or newer, clean and in excellent condition. Photos of RV must be submitted ahead of rental and must be approved. This is an HOA community. The HOA requires background checks of potential renters.
The RV site has full hookups with both 30 amp and 50 amp electric hookup. Wi-Fi, sewer and water provided. The renter is responsible for the monthly electric charges.
The site is the largest and most private in the resort, surrounded on three sides by woods. No one can drive past the site as the street ends at the site.
One half month rent is the deposit and is refundable. The monthly rent is $925.00 due on the first of each month.
