Mount Olive Shores North is a 55+ community located in Polk City, Florida, a Central Florida community near Orlando, Tampa (Gulf Coast) and the Space Coast / Atlantic Ocean.
Of the 550 properties (most are beautiful homes with RV Ports) there are about 30 Lots with Pads that are landscaped and in serene settings.
The community has two large club houses with pools and spas and pickleball courts and a pontoon boat for lake exploration.
Our lot backs up to a pond and woods. The concrete pad is 20 feet x 120 feet which facilitates easy entering and exiting.
Rental periods can be short, medium and long-term depending on availability and rates average $80.00/day which includes all utilities and access to all amenities.
One entrance which is gated and attended ……. the community is very secure.
