Mountain Views, come to Deming NM for winter

We have a wonderful winter (need from Sept-March+) 50amp spot for an RV to escape the bitter cold weather of the North. This spot has water and sewer.

We are a guest ranch, and have been Harvest Hosts, RV Overnights, HipCamp and The Dirt the last few years. We would have anywhwre from 2 guests a week to 7 a day depending on the time of year, with Nov and Dec being high season. However, this year we moved all our animals and so Deming does not have animals there. The East Deming NM Ranch needs a host. (Bring your horses)

Over 38 acres, 4300 elevation, high desert, wide open spaces with mountain backdrops. We maybe get 2 inches of snow 2 days of winter.

This place is quiet and has excellent stargazing, and amazing firepit nights. You would have the option of having RVers come and you could run the guest overnights as we have one other 50amp and a 30amp and unlimited dry camping. That is entirely up to you. We also have a bunkhouse that can be used as a small meeting room and it has a bathroom and shower. There is no compensation for this but you would receive some funds from those staying.
