Advance Notice to Rent: The Resort Board of Directors has made it a rule that all renters must reserve their site three days in advance of their arrival.



Rental Rates Vary: Depending on the location and the amenities available for your use, rates vary. Most sites do not allow the use of BBQs or appliances unless the renter is staying a month or longer.



HOA's Rental Processing Fee:

$30 for 2 nights or less

$90 for 3 nights or more

his fee is in addition to the normal rental rates for the site. If you move to a different site, the Resort Usage Fee once again applies.



Security Deposit: All monthly rentals require a security deposit of $300 to $500 depending on the site. We will refund the deposit no later than 3 days after your departure as long as the site is in the same condition
as your arrival

Electricity: Included in nightly rates. The monthly rate does not include electricity. It is billed separately based on the actual amount used
LENGTH OF STAY: The Resort is considered an Extended Stay by the County of Riverside. Each individual site is required to be vacant 90 days in any given calendar year. If you plan to stay longer than nine months you will need to move to a different site at the end of your nine months stay.



Reserving a Site: When you call to reserve a spot we will need the type, length, and year of your RV, the date you plan to arrive and the date you plan to depart. Once you have selected your site, we will email your rental agreement. Please be aware you are renting someone else's dream spot. Most of our owners return to their paradise throughout the year. If you choose to rent a site with amenities, please care for them as if they were your own. We thank you for your thoughtfulness.
