Come and enjoy our slice of paradise. Lot 105 is a completely shaded lot that is 31 ft wide x 68 ft long. The lot has been recently updated with new pavers, raised cook top area that has overhead lighting for cooking in the evenings. All furniture has comfy cushions so you can relax comfortably. There is a fire pit for those chilly evenings and wood is provided.

Lot can be rented daily, weekly or monthly plus taxes. Includes water, electric, cable and updated wifi.

The resort has 2 pools.  One is overlooking the inter coastal waterway, the other pool is center ally located in the middle of the resort. Also, has a hot tub at center pool for you to relax and unwind. Tennis courts that have lines painted for all the pickle ball enthusiasts. You can even dine at the 5 star restaurant located on the resort. On-site jet ski rentals and boat rentals.
