Designated RV space is 12′ wide and 30′ long.

Up to 2 adults 21 and over only, no kids, no pets, no visitors.

220v 30a electric hookup and water hookup included. There is no sewage hookup.

Grilling area, covered patio, hot tub and pool included your stay.

Price is $75 per day from April 1 through October 31 while the pool is open for the summer. Price is $60 per day from November 1 through March 31 while the pool is closed for the winter. Maximum stay is 7 days or until the sewage tank is full on the RV and needs to be drained.
