Rodent proof 10×6 walk-in storage shed is also included. Dogs ok, but can’t be aggressive or constant barkers. Lots of open space for walking. Gas, groceries, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. are a 10 minute drive. Four casinos are within a 30 minute drive.
Terms are month to month, with first and last rent up front. Minimum credit score of 650 to apply. Adults only, two people max. The vibe is definitely about peace, quiet and respect.
