Daily Rate: $130 — 5 night minimum
Weekly Rate: $850
Monthly rate:
Summer: July-Sept $1850 + electricity usage billed separately
Winter: Oct-June $1950 + electricity usage billed separately
$500 deposit due at booking
Cancellation: 90% refund of deposit if four (4) weeks or more before the check-in day, 50% if two (2) weeks or more before check-in day. No refund if it is within one week or less before check-in day.
Deposit is fully refundable within ten (10) days after your departure if the RV and the Lot are left in the same (clean/neat) condition as when you first checked-in. All unpaid electricity invoices and/or damages will be deducted from the deposit and will delay the refund.

Rules
Resort Dog Fees: $2.00 per day, per dog up to 90 days/ $1.00 per day, per dog 91 days and over.
$30 for rentals 2 nights or less
$90 for rentals 3 to 29 nights
$150 for rentals for 30 to 180 nights
$300 for 181 days and over
This fee is in addition to the rental rates for the site.
