Daily Rate: $140 —5-night minimum
Weekly Rate: $900
Monthly rate:
Summer (July-Sept) – $1650 + electricity usage billed separately
Winter (Oct-June) – $1850 + electricity usage billed separately
$500 deposit due at booking
Cancellation: 90% refund of deposit if four (4) weeks or more before the check-in day, 50% if two (2) weeks or more before check-in day. No refund if it is within one week or less before check-in day.
Deposit is fully refundable within (10) days after your departure if the RV and the Lot are left in the same (clean/neat) condition as when you first checked-in. All unpaid electricity invoices and/or damages will be deducted from the deposit and will delay the refund.
Maximum occupancy – 4 guests.
