Summer (July-Sept) – $1850 + electricity usage billed separately
Winter (Oct-June) – $1950 + electricity usage billed separately
$500 deposit due at booking
Deposit is fully refundable within (10) days after your departure if the RV and the Lot are left in the same (clean/neat) condition as when you first checked-in. All unpaid electricity invoices and/or damages will be deducted from the deposit and will delay the refund.
