New ’22 Elkridge 42.3’, 2 bed/2 bath 5th wheel, 3 slide outs, full size Refer, washer/dryer, 2 TV’s, filtered water, beds are a Cal Queen, large twin, and full size bed.  Second bathroom has separate entrance for easy access. Both bathrooms have porcelain ‘home’ type jons.  Kitchen is stocked and house has all the linen, bath towels, sheets, even a few ‘pool towels’ basically turn-key.  The dishes are a full set of beautiful Mikasa (lots of spares) cut crystal water and margarita glasses, two sets of sturdy unbreakable flat wear, cups, mugs, etc.  It has a washer/dryer,  auto door lock, wifi, art work and area rugs in high traffic areas. Everything you need to walk in and call it home.

Additionally, there is an outside kitchenette on the Elkridge with a small refrigerator and gas burners conveniently located across from the Island.

Outside has double Casitas, filtered drinking water, two TV’s,  (new) BBQ,  A/C, hand carved bar, island with dishes, earthware and high end unbreakable set, too.  Got a dishwasher, big sink w/glass washer, hand sprayer, and counter space.  Additional table w/4 chairs, multiple umbrellas, bar seating and the second Casitas is set up as private living room w/TV, new couch, and A/C.

The motif outside is micro-scenery with camo, greenery and trees on three sides.  #178 is a private unit and incredibly well situated across from tennis courts, heated pool, pickle ball, additional parking and golf course. First Tee is across the street.  A 15 second drive to the front gate and a two minute walk to the restaurant and grocery store.  Wilderness access is about 3 minutes on your cart or a short walk.  Ranch Dog Park is right outside front gate.  You’ll love the privacy and location.

We have a private, dog friendly raised island.

New 60V golf cart is included and will accommodate four golfers, seated forward.  The Lithium batteries last really well and you’ll be OK for hours, even days of fun before recharging.

 We have two sets of golf clubs if you’d like to try the sport out.  Golf fees are very reasonable.
