Only minutes from downtown Blue Ridge GA located int he North Georgia Mountains. The resort has many amenities such as a saltwater pool, two lakes, playground, clubhouse with a store, laundry and a large bath house / restrooms. The resort has fire rings next to the lakes as well as Frisbie Golf. There are daily events for community. There is a trout stream, outdoor brick oven pizza and grills as well as a kitchen in the clubhouse.

Your RV must be a 20112 or newer, clean and in excellent condition. Photos of RV must be submitted ahead of rental for approval. This is an HOA community. Background checks are required by the HOA.

This RV site is the largest and most private in the resort. No other vehicles can pass this site as this site is at the end of the street. The site is surrounded on three sides by woods.

1/2 months' rent is required as a deposit upon signing lease. If no damage upon departure, you will be reimbursed the deposit. the monthly rent of $925.00 You will be responsible for electric charges for the site.
