Included:

300 gallons of water a month

Sewer dumping on property. (Must have a portable holding tank to transfer and dump waste on site)

You must:

Provide your own electricity- solar is best electricity solution here.

You are also allowed to run your generator between 9am and 5pm.

Manage your own garbage. There is a dump/transfer station located 2 miles down the road.

ONLY long-term leases available 6 months to 12 months.

There are sites that are 18′ x 40′ with two personal vehicle spots included for

There are sites that are 13′ x 30′ with one personal vehicle spot included for

$600/month.

Items required before occupancy:

Pictures of your rig.

Picture of a valid I.D.

Proof of income.

Two references.

Must pass a background check.

Name of all persons going to live here.

Species, breed, and number of animals to be on site.

Lease agreement signed.

$500 non-refundable deposit plus first months rent.
