This rental is available for your long weekend (minimum 2 days), week or month(s).

Nightly Fee:
$150 a night (includes electricity) with a 2-night minimum.
$300 security deposit

Weekly Fee:
$750 a week (includes electricity) with a 2-night minimum.
$300 security deposit

Monthly Fee:
$1,500 per month + electricity.
$500 security deposit


Resort Usage Fee:
The Home Owner’s Association (HOA) requires a resort usage fee on all rentals. This one-time fee is in addition to the normal rental rates for the site.
2 nights or less = $30
3-29 nights = $90
30-180 nights = $150
181 nights or more = $300



Additional Occupant Fee:
An extra $5 daily Occupancy Fee will be charged if more than 3 guests.
Dog Fees: $2.00 per day, per dog up to 90 days/ $1.00 per day, per dog 91 days and over.



BBQ
Renter is to supply their own propane as needed and leave them clean.

Cancellation: $500 deposit due at booking. Full refund of deposit if four (4) weeks or more before the check-in day, 50% if two (2) weeks or more before check-in day. No refund if it is within one week or less before check-in day.
Deposit is fully refundable within (5) days after your departure if the RV and the Lot are left in the same (clean/neat) condition as when you first checked-in. All unpaid electricity invoices and/or damages will be deducted from the deposit and will delay the refund.
