Resort Usage Fee: Renters are required to pay a resort usage fee of $30.00 for two nights or less. Or $90 for three nights up to 29.  Or $150.00 for thirty nights or more on the same site. $ 300.00 for 181 days and over.

Renters Overnight Occupancy with more than three (3) – $5.00 per night/per person

Dog Fees $2.00 per day per dog up to 90 days/$1.00 per day per dog 91 days and over.

Security Deposit: All RV rentals require a security deposit depending on the site. We will refund the deposit no later than 3 days after your departure as long as the site is in the same condition as your arrival.

Electricity: Included in nightly rates. It is NOT included in the monthly rate. We will explain to you the easy process of handling electricity on a monthly basis.

Length of Stay: The resort is considered an Extended Stay by the County of Riverside. Each individual site is required to be vacant 90 days in any given calendar year. If you plan to stay longer than nine months, you will need to move to a different site at the end of your nine months stay.
