This super-sized RV lot is 20 ft longer than the standard. You’ll be amazed at the depth of this spacious lot. It will easily accommodate a 45 Ft RV & large tow vehicle with plenty of room to spare. As you enter this haven you will pass the golf cart station & huge brick planters with lush palms surrounding one of three stunning water fountains. The space opens up to the long kitchen bar with brass foot railings. Amenities include a side burner, IRG BBQ, Oven, Sink, Dishwasher, Fridge Storage, Paper Towel Drawer, Trash Drawer, all in top quality stainless. As you continue on into the lot you’ll find a large custom dining table with more storage underneath.

A second long bar is in the back. You’ll find another sink, fridge, trash drawer and more storage. Custom covers, 6 umbrellas & 19 bar stools with cushions. The laundry section includes a full-size washer /dryer with a large folding counter. Two additional water fountains, each unique and surrounded by lush landscape, are in the back living area. A brick capped seating wall & numerous built in lights surround the space.

Resort Usage Fee: Renters are required to pay a resort usage fee of $30.00 for two nights or less. Or $90 for three nights up to 29. Or $150.00 for thirty nights or more on the same site. $ 300.00 for 181 days and over.

Renters Overnight Occupancy with more than three (3) - $5.00 per night/per person

Dog Fees $2.00 per day per dog up to 90 days/$1.00 per day per dog 91 days and over.

Security Deposit: All RV rentals require a security deposit depending on the site. We will refund the deposit no later than 14 days after your departure as long as the site is in the same condition as your arrival.

Electricity: Included in nightly rates. It is NOT included in the monthly rate. We will explain to you the easy process of handling electricity on a monthly basis.

Cancel 30 days before the stay and receive a full refund, cancel 7 days and 30 days before your stay and receive a 50% refund, no refund if canceled fewer than 7 days before the stay.
