Dog Fees $2.00 per day per dog up to 90 days/$1.00 per day per dog 91 days and over.

Daily Rental Rate: $125.00 per night - 3 night minimum (all utilities included)
Weekly Rental Rate: $650.00 per week (all utilities included)
Monthly Rental Rate: $1,450.00 (plus electricity, which will be billed separately).
$300 security deposit required to reserve daily/weekly stay or $500 security deposit for monthly stays. It will be refunded if lot is left in the same condition as when you first checked in (including large oil stains). Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will forfeit 50% of the security deposit.
Additional $25 per night for Memorial Day, 4th of July, a
Resort Usage Fee: Renters are required to pay a resort usage fee of $30.00 for two nights or less. Or $90 for three nights up to 29. Or $150.00 for thirty nights or more on the same site. $ 300.00 for 181 days and over.
