The site has NO RVs to the back. The view is wide open and lovely. Sunsets are beautiful with the back of the site facing west.

HOA's Rental Processing Fee:
The fees are
$30 for 2 nights or less
$90 for 3 to 29 nights
$150 for 30 to 180 nights
$300 for over 180 nights
This fee is in addition to the normal rental rates for the site. If you move to a different site the Resort Usage Fee once again applies.
Additional Occupant Fee: If there are more than three occupants a $5.00 fee is charged each night for each additional occupant.
