Fairway Associates is a team of licensed professionals who enjoy nothing more than introducing new-comers to Rancho California RV Resort, also known as THE RANCH. When we aren’t traveling with our spouses, we are proud to call this resort our home.

There are minimum requirements for RVs to come into the resort. RV must be a class A motorhome, “Super C” or 5th wheel (non toy hauler type) minimum 30 feet maximum 45 and no more than 10 years old. If the RV is over ten let us explain the inspection process
