New Elkridge 42.3’, 2 bed/2 bath 5th wheel, 3 slide outs, full size Refer, W/D, 2 TV’s, filtered water,  Cal Queen, large twin, and full size bed.  Second bathroom has separate entrance for easy access. Bathrooms have porcelain ‘home’ type jons.  Kitchen is stocked, linen, bath towels, floor mats, and pool towels.  The dishes are beautiful Mikasa, cut crystal water and margarita glasses, sturdy unbreakable flat wear, cups, mugs, etc.  We have auto door lock, wifi, filtered water, inside and out. 

There’s an outside kitchenette with a small refrigerator and gas burners conveniently located near the Island.

Outside has double Casitas, filtered drinking water, two TV’s,  (new) BBQ,  A/C, hand carved bar, island w/ dishes and high end unbreakable set, too.  Got a dishwasher, big sink w/glass washer, sprayer and counter space.  Additional table w/4 chairs, multiple new umbrellas, additional bar seating and the second Casitas is set up as private living room w/TV, new couch and A/C. 

The motif is micro-scenery with camo, greenery and trees on three sides.  #178 is a very private unit.  Incredibly well situated across from tennis courts, pool, pickle ball, additional parking and golf.  A 15 second drive to the front gate and a two minute walk to the restaurant and grocery store.  Wilderness access is about 3 minutes on your cart or a short walk.  Ranch Dog Park is outside the front gate. We have a dog friendly raised island.  

New 60V golf cart; will accommodate four golfers, seated forward.  The Lithium batteries last really well and you’ll be OK for hours, even days of fun before recharging.  Fees=Resort, wifi, cleaning (with regard), electricity, golf cart, dog, and ‘service’ are included.  Golf is ‘pay-to-play’ and must be reserved.
