The site s located in a very quiet section of the resort. It backs up to a large common area green belt. A canvas cover is over the much of the out door living area. You will find a dining table, Television, and plenty cushioned furniture available for your use. With your monthly or longer rental, you will be able to use all the amenities on the site. The only item you are not able to use is the fountain by the front wall.
Cart Rental is $175.00 and internet is $65.00

HOA's Rental Processing Fee:
The fees are
$30 for 2 nights or less
$90 for 3 to 29 nights
$150 for 30 to 180 nights
$300 for over 180 nights
This fee is in addition to the normal rental rates for the site. If you move to a different site the Resort Usage Fee once again applies.
Additional Occupant Fee: If there are more than three occupants a $5.00 fee is charged each night for each additional occupant.
