Cancellation: Full refund of deposit if four (4) weeks or more before the check-in day, 50% if two (2) weeks or more before check-in day. No refund if it is within one week or less before check-in day.

Deposit is fully refundable within (5) days after your departure if the RV is left in the same (clean/neat) condition as when you first checked in. All damages will be deducted from the deposit.

Renter Overnight Occupancy with more than (3)-$ 5.00 per night/person HOA Fee

Security Deposit: All monthly ($1,000.00) & daily ($500.00) rentals require a security deposit depending on the site. We will refund the deposit no later than 30 days after your departure as long as the site is in the same condition as your arrival.

Resort Usage Fee: The Association requires a resort usage fee on all rentals. The fee is $30 for 2 nights or less, $90 for 3 to 29 nights and $150 for 30 nights or more on the same site. This one-time fee is in addition to the normal rental rates for the site. If you move to a different site, the Resort Usage Fee once again applies.

Electricity: Included in nightly rates. It is NOT included in the monthly rate. We will explain to you the easy process of handling electricity on a monthly basis.
Please be aware you are renting someone else’s dream spot. Most of our owners return to their paradise throughout the year. If you choose to rent a site with amenities, please care for them as if they were your own. We thank you for your thoughtfulness.
