Daily Rate: $150 all inclusive, 5 night minimum

Weekly Rate: $950 all inclusive

Monthly rate:

Summer: July-Sept $1750 + electricity usage billed separately

Winter: Oct-June $1850 + electricity usage billed separately

Cancellation:  $500 deposit due at booking.  Full refund of deposit if four (4) weeks or more before the check-in day, 50% if two (2) weeks or more before check-in day.  No refund if it is within one week or less before check-in day.

Deposit is fully refundable within (5) days after your departure if the RV and the Lot are left in the same (clean/neat) condition as when you first checked-in.  All unpaid electricity invoices and/or damages will be deducted from the deposit and will delay the refund.
