This property backs up to a large grassy common area with no RVs to the back. It is much like having ones own private park. There is an expanded patio with a large BBQ bar that also has a side burner. All renters will have use of the Furniture.
Great news this rental includes a golf cart. Even if you don’t golf this is the number one way to explore the resort and get from this last street in the resort to the very front of the resort and everything in between. Only additional $200 per month for the golf cart

HOA's Rental Processing Fee:
The fees are
$30 for 2 nights or less
$90 for 3 to 29 nights
$150 for 30 to 180 nights
$300 for over 180 nights
This fee is in addition to the normal rental rates for the site. If you move to a different site the Resort Usage Fee once again applies.
Additional Occupant Fee: If there are more than three occupants a $5.00 fee is charged each night for each additional occupant.
