This property backs up to a large grassy common area with no 

RVs to the back.  It is much like having ones own private park.  There is an expanded patio with a large BBQ bar that also has a side burner.  All renters will have use of the Furniture.  

HOA’s Rental Processing Fee:
$30 for 2 nights or less
$90 for 3 or more nights
This fee is in addition to the normal rental rates for the site. If you move to a different site the Resort Usage Fee once again applies. 

Monthly Fee: is $1,255 per month plus electricity.  You will be billed for your actual electrical usage. A $300 security deposit is required. This deposit is returned within 3 days of leaving as long as the site and everything on it is in the same condition as when you arrived including no oil or bad stains on the RV pad.
